Tu Nguyen - Meet Lexplorer - the visual storytelling robot

Tu is a technical leader with a passion for technology and education. He is currently helping people learn HashiCorp products. Previously, Tu built engaging, interactive tutorials for Terraform and Packer, and managed the Consul Education team. He also advise DreamsForSchools in designing computer science curriculums for elementary and middle school students across Southern California.

Previously, Tu’s led development teams in startups, and built internal DevOps tools at Optum.

In this session, Tu and Kerim explain how we built a physical robot, taught it to speak HTTP and then coached it in visual storytelling with the help of a camera, some kids toys and GenAI.
